America Links Up: A Kids Online Teach-In is a combination of public service announcements, an informative website and educational events across the country designed to help kids, parents, teachers and others learn how to use the Internet safely and productively. America Links Up will give adults and children the opportunity to attend or sponsor sessions where they can learn or help others to learn:

• Internet basics,
  
• Tools that promote safe, rewarding online experiences,
  
• Information about good quality content and how to use it, and
  
• Ways families can safely navigate their way around this new medium.

You can help out by planning a teach-in of your own in a local school, church, community center or even your own home. We hope that you will help out to ensure that every child in America has a safe, educational and rewarding experience online.
